The GSI/MSP Sales Operations role is a pivotal position responsible for supporting and optimizing the sales processes for Global System Integrator (GSI) and Managed Service Provider (MSP) channels. This role enables the sales team to operate efficiently, drive revenue growth, and ensure seamless collaboration between internal teams and external partners. This candidate will be responsible for operational processes (planning, metrics, governance), aligning cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, enablement, product) and supporting partner revenue, pipeline and growth. The successful candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and a deep understanding of sales operations and strategy best practices within the technology and services sector.
