About The Position

Aviary Health is redefining the future of heart and lung health through its Intensive Cardiac Rehabilitation (ICR) and Pulmonary Rehabilitation programs. They partner with leading health systems to deliver technology-enabled cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation programs that integrate into clinical workflows, EHRs, and billing operations. The Partner Operations Manager, Health Systems will own a portfolio of health system partnerships end-to-end, operating at the intersection of product, clinical operations, and partner relationships. This role requires someone who can analyze workflows, troubleshoot issues, present to hospital executives, and coordinate cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has a background in product management, product operations, or implementation in healthtech, with direct experience working with health systems and understanding the operational complexities of launching and scaling clinical programs within hospital environments. Technical fluency, including comfort with EHR systems, workflow engines, and analytics dashboards, is essential. The role involves solving complex operational problems, balancing strategic views with patient-level details, and serving as the operational quarterback for partners. The position reports to the Head of Operations.

  • Strong operational instincts: ability to create programmatic workflows and processes, build SOPs, create tracking systems, and chase down root causes without being asked.
  • Ability to context-switch rapidly between a strategic partner conversation and a patient-level issue triage.
  • Excellent written communication — you'll draft partner-facing emails, internal escalations, and compliance documentation.
  • Excellent collaboration and time management skills.
  • Effective communication: direct, logical, succinct.
  • Experience meeting deadlines and prioritizing work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional analytical/technical skills.
