About The Position

Strava is seeking a founding Partner Marketing Sciences Lead to build and lead the measurement function for its Strava for Business team. This role will be responsible for designing attribution frameworks, ROI narratives, and campaign measurement infrastructure to demonstrate the value of Strava to brand partners. The position offers high impact and autonomy, working at the intersection of data, commercial strategy, and partner relationships. The role requires translating campaign performance into evidence that drives renewals, unlocks expansion budgets, and builds partner confidence. Strava operates on a flexible hybrid model, requiring more than half of the time on-site in their London, NYC, or San Francisco offices (three days per week).

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing sciences, measurement, media analytics, or a related field.
  • Deep expertise in campaign attribution and ROI measurement across digital media.
  • Experience building attribution frameworks for enterprise brand clients.
  • Strong commercial instinct and ability to translate data into narratives that influence budget holders.
  • Comfort operating in a builder environment with autonomy and ability to move quickly through ambiguity.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working across sales, product, and data teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex analytical findings clearly to both technical and commercial audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Build the Partner Marketing Sciences function from scratch, defining methodology, tooling, and operating model.
  • Design and run campaign attribution frameworks to provide credible ROI narratives for brand partners.
  • Translate campaign performance data into partner-facing insights for Account Management and Sales teams.
  • Partner with Account Management and Sales to identify and address measurement gaps that drive churn.
  • Collaborate with Product and Data teams to influence platform measurement capabilities.
  • Develop audience and effectiveness proof points to support sales and marketing narratives.
  • Establish benchmarks and standards for campaign performance across verticals, partner tiers, and activation formats.
