This is a 12 week internship program beginning on May 26th 2026 or June 22nd 2026 Location: Onsite 5 day's a week at Headquarters in Sunnyvale, CA Our Team's Vision: Illumio’s Partner Marketing team plays a critical role in accelerating growth across the Americas by activating and enabling our partner ecosystem — including channel partners, distributors, MSPs, GSIs, cloud providers, and technology alliances. We collaborate closely with sales and partner teams to build programs that drive awareness, generate demand, and accelerate revenue. Beyond events and campaigns, our vision is to strengthen Illumio’s market presence through strategic, scalable initiatives that help partners position Illumio’s Breach Containment platform effectively within their own customer bases. Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a full time Bachelor’s degree program with an expected graduation date in Winter 2026/Spring 2027
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Outlook , and Excel
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms to manage leads, campaigns, and reporting
  • Experience with Asana or similar project management tools to track deliverables and timelines
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate clearly across diverse stakeholders
  • Interest in B2B technology marketing and curiosity about partner ecosystems — including how vendors, distributors, and integrators go to market together
  • Experience in or exposure to the technology industry (cybersecurity, cloud, or IT infrastructure) is a plus
  • Familiarity with or interest in working with Illumio’s partners such as Armis, Netskope, AWS, World Wide Technology, SHI, or CDW is a bonus

Responsibilities

  • Event Execution: Maximizing Impact: Amplify partner engagement through seamless event execution: Support partner events across the Americas by managing logistics, lead flow, and post-event processes that ensure flawless execution and measurable impact
  • Sales Enablement and Partner Experience: Fuel partner enablement and motivation: Oversee partner incentive programs and Sendoso campaigns that recognize performance, reward engagement, and strengthen partner relationships Optimize our digital partner experience: Lead a structured content refresh for the Partner Portal and Highspot hubs to improve usability, accuracy, and discoverability of key materials
  • Campaign Management and Demand Generation: Design scalable go-to-market assets: Help build 1–2 virtualized campaigns-in-a-box that empower partners to drive demand and pipeline with turnkey, co-branded content and activation tactics
  • Content and Email Marketing: Elevate partner communication: Develop and launch the quarterly Partner Newsletter to highlight new resources, successes, and key initiatives that keep partners informed and connected
