About The Position

We're looking for a highly motivated Partner Manager to join our Strategic Partnerships team. In this role, you'll help manage and grow Teikametrics' strategic relationships with Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop - three of the most important ecosystems in modern commerce. This is an ideal opportunity for an early- to mid-career partnerships professional who enjoys building relationships, leading cross-functional initiatives, and bringing strategic programs to life. You'll work closely with partner teams as well as Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Executive Leadership to deliver joint business initiatives that drive growth for both Teikametrics and our partners. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, commercially minded, and eager to develop into a strategic partnerships leader over time.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Sales, Customer Success, or Account Management.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated success collaborating across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to influence business decisions.
  • Comfortable leveraging AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini to improve efficiency and scale work.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in e-commerce, retail media, digital advertising, SaaS, or marketplace technology.
  • Experience with Amazon Ads or the Amazon advertising ecosystem (agency, technology partner, advertiser, consulting, or platform experience).
  • Experience managing strategic partnerships with large technology companies or enterprise organizations.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, TikTok Shop, or other commerce media platforms.
  • Experience coordinating executive business reviews, Joint Business Planning (JBP), or executive-level meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day management of Teikametrics' strategic partnerships with Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop.
  • Build trusted relationships with partner account managers and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Coordinate recurring business reviews, executive meetings, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen partner engagement and expand collaboration.
  • Execute joint go-to-market initiatives, including webinars, events, co-marketing campaigns, enablement programs, and product launches.
  • Identify partnership opportunities that generate pipeline and customer value.
  • Collaborate with Sales to support strategic opportunities involving marketplace and retail media partners.
  • Coordinate partner-sponsored events, executive engagements, and industry conferences.
  • Lead annual partner award submissions to strengthen Teikametrics' visibility and credibility across Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop.
  • Act as the primary liaison between external partners and internal teams, including Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Revenue Operations.
  • Drive alignment on partner priorities, requests, and strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate internal communications to ensure teams remain informed on partnership activities and milestones.
  • Track partnership KPIs, partner-influenced pipeline, sourced opportunities, certifications, and adoption metrics.
  • Develop executive-ready presentations, QBRs, dashboards, and business reviews for internal leadership and partner stakeholders.
  • Maintain partnership documentation, including Joint Business Plans, strategic roadmaps, operating cadences, and annual planning calendars.
  • Identify and implement scalable operational improvements that increase the effectiveness of the Strategic Partnerships organization.
