Hansen Technologies•Georgia, GA
•Onsite

About The Position

Hansen Technologies (ASX: HSN) is a global software and services provider serving the energy, water/utilities, and telecommunications industries. With customers in over 80 countries and 26 global offices, Hansen empowers customers to overcome challenges, innovate, and drive new business models, with a focus on AI enablement across its operations. This is a full-time, onsite role based in the Atlanta office, USA. The Partner Manager, US is responsible for building the North American partner channel from the ground up. The role involves creating a partner framework, identifying and recruiting strategic partners, and developing partner-sourced revenue, which is a key growth lever for Hansen. Partners play critical roles in bringing new opportunities, providing delivery capacity, and influencing buying decisions within the primary ecosystem, which includes utility-focused regional systems integrators, hyperscalers, technology and data alliance partners, and advisory firms. Global systems integrators may be pursued selectively. For the first eighteen months, success will be measured by building the foundation: identifying, recruiting, contracting, and enabling partners, while creating partner-sourced pipeline. As the ecosystem matures, revenue contribution will become a more important measure. This role collaborates with the direct commercial organization, with account ownership remaining with Regional EVPs and Account Management teams. Partner-sourced opportunities align with regional growth objectives and contribute to regional performance.
