About The Position

We are seeking a Partner Integrations Lead to drive the successful delivery of partner integrations across our platform. This technical program leadership role will oversee integration initiatives from planning through launch, ensuring seamless execution and operational excellence. Working closely with Product, Engineering, and external partners, you will coordinate cross-functional efforts and manage integration timelines. The ideal candidate brings strong technical program management experience and a proven ability to deliver complex integrations at scale.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of program or project management experience in SaaS or fintech
• Hands-on experience leading API or system integrations
• Experience managing external partners in a B2B environment
• Strong understanding of APIs and software development lifecycles
• Ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience with Asana or similar tools
• Data-driven mindset

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple partner integration programs from kickoff through launch and optimization
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners
• Translate business and technical requirements into clear project plans
• Drive alignment across stakeholders and manage risks
• Coordinate technical integrations including APIs and data flows
• Identify and mitigate blockers and scope changes
• Track program performance and partnership success metrics
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and executive reporting
• Continuously improve workflows and onboarding processes
