Responsibilities
- Define and drive the strategic direction of advisory services to ensure alignment with organizational goals and evolving market demands.
- Lead in-depth market and competitive analyses to uncover high-value growth opportunities and identify emerging risks.
- Provide senior leadership and key stakeholders with actionable insights and strategic recommendations that inform critical business decisions.
- Oversee and coordinate cross-functional collaboration to facilitate the successful delivery of strategic initiatives and transformational programs.
- Develop and nurture trusted relationships with top-tier clients, partners, and industry influencers to strengthen and expand the advisory practice.
- Advocate for the integration of advanced data analytics and comprehensive industry research to enhance the impact and relevance of advisory offerings.
- Represent the organization at major industry forums, conferences, and client engagements to reinforce thought leadership and brand positioning.
- Ensure strict compliance with applicable industry regulations, governance standards, and best practices across all advisory activities.
