About The Position

The Partner Incentives Specialist is a dedicated resource that sales and pre-sales teams will leverage to participate in OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) partner programs. These programs include opportunity registration, deal protection, teaming agreements, pre and post sales services funding, and more. The specialist will ensure all eligible OEM programs are utilized and optimized at the deal level with defined OEM partners.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree required, Bachelors Degree preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years' progressive experience in a related field
  • Moderate computing skills and familiarity with SFDC, Tableau, Excel
  • Strong Research and Analytics skills
  • Basic understanding of the IT & channel landscape.
  • Proactive, motivated, and resilient in actions and mindset
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Strong research & data analysis skills
  • Strong reporting skills with tools
  • Ability to analyze reports as a basis for making business decisions
  • Must understand and be able to articulate the WWT leadership initiatives
  • Entrepreneurial drive and ownership to chase after unregistered opportunities as well as positioning additional OEM incentives

Responsibilities

  • Serves as the first point of contact and subject matter expert for OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) registration and incentive programs for account teams. Proactive and reactive engagement with the field is expected.
  • Uses WWT reporting & Ops tools (Tableau, ORCA, Reportal, SmartSheet, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Registers OEM opportunities on behalf of account teams when needed.
  • Communicates with OEM on pending registrations & connects WWT & OEM sales teams to ensure approval
  • Reviews OEM pipeline reports for registration gaps & expiring registration.
  • Proactively works with WWT & OEM sales counterparts to register deals & utilize OEM funding programs when available.
  • Develops cadence with OEM counterparts to discuss pipeline, available incentives, & rebates.
