Partner Growth Specialist, Emerging Partners

XometryDallas, TX
$70,000 - $77,000Hybrid

About The Position

Xometry is revolutionizing the manufacturing sector by connecting innovative minds with capable manufacturers through our digital marketplace. As we continue to power the industries of today and tomorrow, we are on the lookout for a strategic and results-driven Partner Growth Specialist for our Emerging Category. This is a great fit for someone 1 to 2 years out of school who wants a role that blends data, strategy, and real ownership. You'll spend your days in the performance data, then translate what you find into action: which partners to move up a tier, which need a certification push, which are ready for a growth campaign. You'll be given a lot of ambiguity and expected to build your own approach to solving it, not just execute someone else's playbook.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1 to 2 years of experience
  • Exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, or a technical/engineering background a plus
  • Strong analytical instincts. You like digging into data to find the story, not just reporting numbers
  • Comfort with ambiguity. You can take a loosely defined problem and build a plan to tackle it
  • Intellectually curious and AI forward. You're excited to use tools like Claude to work faster and smarter and you aren’t afraid to teach yourself
  • Solid spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets or Excel), including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
  • A self-starter who takes ownership without needing every step mapped out
  • Strong spoken and written communication. You can turn data into a clear story for both technical and non-technical audiences, you can make clear, direct asks of your partners.
  • Experience or an interest in the manufacturing space including CNC, sheet metal, additive manufacturing, injection molding, or tube bending and cutting

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Claude and Snowflake is a plus, and we'll train on it

Responsibilities

  • Identify and recommend partners for upgrade and certification pathways that will drive growth, influencing these partners to pursue these paths
  • Build and run targeted campaigns to grow our strongest performing partners
  • Track OTS (on time ship) and RMA (quality) trends and flag opportunities for improvement and own improvements with your partner cohort
  • Rapidly resolve operational escalations related to partner performance.
  • Leverage Snowflake, Claude and other tools to build/maintain Google Sheets models (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and similar) to keep partner data organized and actionable
  • Use AI tools like Claude to speed up analysis, drafting, presentations and research
  • Own communication with partners and internal stakeholders on performance and growth opportunities, include recommendations and next steps
  • Travel to our partner sites (as required) to evaluate performance and provide bi-directional feedback.
  • Serve as the voice of the Partner to improve our products and services.
