About The Position

Xometry is a fast-growing, leading company in On-Demand Manufacturing, currently in a hyper-growth phase. We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Partner Growth Specialist for our Emerging Category. This role is ideal for someone 1 to 2 years out of school looking for a position that combines data analysis, strategy development, and significant ownership. The specialist will analyze performance data to identify actionable insights, such as which partners to promote, which require certification support, and which are ready for growth campaigns. This role involves a high degree of ambiguity, requiring the individual to develop their own problem-solving approaches.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience.
  • Strong analytical instincts; ability to extract insights from data beyond simple reporting.
  • Comfort with ambiguity; ability to develop plans for loosely defined problems.
  • Intellectually curious and AI-forward; eager to use tools like Claude to improve efficiency.
  • Solid spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets or Excel), including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
  • Self-starter who takes ownership without needing explicit step-by-step guidance.
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills; ability to translate data into clear stories for diverse audiences and make direct requests of partners.
  • Experience or interest in the manufacturing space (e.g., CNC, sheet metal, additive manufacturing, injection molding, tube bending and cutting).

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, or a technical/engineering background.
  • Experience with Claude and Snowflake.

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of partners and drive their growth and performance each quarter.
  • Utilize data to segment and prioritize partners based on performance, activity level, and growth potential.
  • Identify and recommend partners for upgrade and certification pathways to drive growth, influencing them to pursue these opportunities.
  • Build and execute targeted campaigns to foster the growth of top-performing partners.
  • Track On-Time Ship (OTS) and Return Material Authorization (RMA) trends, identifying opportunities for improvement and owning these improvements within the partner cohort.
  • Rapidly resolve operational escalations related to partner performance.
  • Leverage tools like Snowflake and Claude to build and maintain Google Sheets models (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) for organized and actionable partner data.
  • Utilize AI tools like Claude to enhance analysis, drafting, presentations, and research.
  • Manage communication with partners and internal stakeholders regarding performance, growth opportunities, recommendations, and next steps.
  • Travel to partner sites as required to assess performance and provide bi-directional feedback.
  • Act as the voice of the Partner to advocate for improvements in products and services.
