About The Position

The Partner Enablement Coordinator supports the coordination and execution of business partner initiatives, serving as an internal point of contact to ensure partners are onboarded, enabled, and supported effectively. This role is responsible for organizing partner-related activities, maintaining alignment across internal teams, and driving consistent follow-through on partner initiatives. In addition, the role supports marketing efforts through content creation, campaigns, and event coordination that enhance partner engagement and overall brand presence. This role is execution-focused and expected to operate with strong organization, clear communication, and increasing independence over time. This role does not include responsibility for partner sales, negotiation, or contract ownership.

  • Experience with CRM and project management tools (Zoho preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate partner onboarding from agreement through launch, including tracking progress and managing timelines
  • Ensure partners are equipped with onboarding materials, training resources, and access to tools
  • Coordinate partner webinars, including scheduling, content preparation, delivery and follow-up
  • Update content on the Yellow Dog website as related to sales or business partnerships
  • Execute campaigns across partners, clients, and prospects to support pipeline growth
  • Support trade shows, webinars, and events through content preparation and coordination
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop partner features, case studies, and co-marketing materials
  • Create and manage enablement content including presentations, one-pagers, email templates, and training materials
  • Maintain partner-facing collateral, including co-branded materials and onboarding assets
  • Support ongoing partner communications and ensure partners have access to current materials
  • Manage marketing and partner-related projects within project management tools
  • Maintain accurate and current partner records in the CRM, including timely documentation of interactions and updates
  • Maintain organization and accuracy of all marketing assets within the company’s file structure
  • Track deadlines, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple initiatives
  • Ensure all materials are current, consistent, and easily accessible
