About the role We're looking for a Partner Development Manager to build rePete's agency partner channel from the ground up. You'll identify, recruit, onboard, and grow relationships with Shopify agencies, creating partnerships that generate qualified merchant opportunities and become a meaningful source of revenue for rePete. You'll own the full partner lifecycle, from opening new doors and recruiting agency partners to developing joint go to market strategies that drive partner sourced pipeline and revenue. Working cross functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, you'll help shape our partnership strategy while building a scalable agency program.
