About The Position

Snowflake is powering the era of the agentic enterprise and is seeking AI-native thinkers to reinvent how work gets done. The company is experiencing exponential growth and is expanding its Strategic Data Cloud Product Team. As a Partner Development Manager, you will play a lead role in managing strategic Financial Services partners and acquiring new partners that expand and enhance Snowflake’s ecosystem of Application, Data, and Solution Providers. The Snowflake Data Cloud builds on Secure Data Sharing functionality to be the ‘App Store for Data,’ enabling Providers and Consumers to publish, discover, and monetize data, applications, and solutions. This role is part of the Data Cloud Products Team, seeking a Business Development professional with specific experience in Financial Services, strategic partner development, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies to help build Snowflake’s AI Data Cloud for Financial Services. You will engage with customers and partners to drive growth within Snowflake’s Financial Services business, focusing on recruiting partners, guiding GTM strategies, and fostering, managing, and scaling partnerships.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of industry experience in business development, partnership/alliances or sales.
  • Prior background in Financial Services and/or fintech. Ideally some knowledge of ecosystem DAAS and application providers.
  • Strong verbal and executive presentation skills
  • A deep understanding of business and financial metrics
  • Proven self-starter with a high degree of initiative, collaboration and problem-solving skills
  • A Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience)

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute strategic plans focused on acquiring new Financial Services partners and products
  • Contribute to strategic planning of the Financial Services Data Cloud Products (DCP) industry team
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of high-performing partners
  • Engage with current customers to drive adoption of Financial Services products
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Industry GTM, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams
