About The Position

Ethic Tech, LLC is seeking a Partner Capability and Interoperability Analyst to support cooperation between NATO and Partner Nations on capability development, innovation, and interoperability. The analyst will coordinate with NATO organizations, Partner Nations, and subject-matter experts; contribute to partner capability plans and partnership programmes; and help identify capability gaps across the Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership and Education, Personnel, Facilities, and Interoperability (DOTMLPFI) lines of development. The role includes supporting interoperability activities, identifying opportunities for partner participation in exercises and experimentation, preparing briefings and other staff products, and maintaining records and lessons learned for the Partnerships Branch.

Requirements

  • Postgraduate degree, master's or higher, in International Relations, International Security, International Development, Military Studies, Foreign Policy, Public Affairs, Political Science, or a related discipline; or attendance at a NATO or national military staff college at the OF-3 level or higher.
  • Experience working in foreign or international security, international cooperation, defense, or military affairs.
  • Experience in a defense- or security-related role within NATO, another international organization, or a national mission, delegation, or embassy to an international organization.
  • Working knowledge of NATO partnerships, defense and security capacity building, defense planning, military capability development, or related military applications of operations research.
  • Experience drafting materials for or briefing senior military officers or equivalent civilian decision-makers.
  • Ability to coordinate across NATO organizations, Partner Nations, and other multinational stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze partner capability needs and support interoperability, experimentation, exercise, and capability-development activities.
  • Ability to prepare clear briefings, point papers, reports, speaking notes, and other staff products.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, collaborative software, and online research tools.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • An active NATO or national Secret clearance or higher.
  • Must have a valid passport from a NATO member nation without travel restrictions to NATO nations.
