About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic Partner Business Manager (PBM) to manage and grow relationships with 15–20 strategic partners in the Personal Systems (PS) and Imaging & Printing segments. This role requires a consultative approach to selling, strong financial and technical acumen, and the ability to view opportunities through the lens of partners, HP, and customers. The PBM will assess growth strategies, develop go-to-market plans, and drive revenue while embodying HP’s core values of honesty, integrity, objectivity, competitiveness, and passion.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, channel management, or partner business development.
  • Experience in Personal Systems and Imaging & Printing solutions preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with 15–20 partners, ensuring alignment with HP’s objectives and long-term growth.
  • Engage partners with a solutions-oriented approach, identifying opportunities that deliver value across PS and Imaging portfolios.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with partners, focusing on revenue growth, profitability, and market share.
  • Analyze partner performance, assess ROI, and provide insights on investments and resource allocation.
  • Work cross-functionally with HP teams (sales, marketing, finance, operations) to deliver seamless partner experiences.
  • Set revenue targets, track KPIs, and provide accurate forecasts to ensure accountability and transparency.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to refine partner strategies.
  • Navigate and resolve partner challenges while maintaining strong, trust-based relationships.
  • Share best practices and coach junior team members when needed.
