About The Position

As the Partner+ Business Analyst, you’ll optimize programs with existing partners to ensure we are positioned well operationally for new vendor adoption. You will be the subject matter expert supporting brands assigned to your purview. You will work closely with internal and external partners to successfully launch and grow prioritized opportunities. This role requires individuals to be familiar across ecommerce best practices and supporting capabilities (ex. supply chain, order management) to identify and drive growth across a variety of assigned initiatives. To be successful in this role, you will think strategically while being able to execute on tactical operational & business improvements. This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work some days on-site at the Best Buy location listed on this posting and some days virtually from home or other non-Best Buy location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in merchandise planning, site merchandising, demand planning, supply chain or related business team
  • 1 year of experience communicating and partnering with vendors/3rd party
  • 1 year of experience performing data analysis
  • Beginner level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

  • Drive adoption of Partner+ through continuing to maintain a pipeline of interested vendors, actively pitching/negotiation terms, and facilitating onboarding
  • Monitor Partner+ orders/integrations to ensure all are functioning as expected, actively triage any identified issues with vendors and supporting bby.com cross-functional partners (OPS/DAT/Retail/OM/etc)
  • Partner with technology teams to maintain roadmap of enhancements to continually grow the Partner+ program and expand capabilities/services offered to vendor partners
  • Support run the business and growth opportunities for assigned brands within the platform through clear communication and data driven story telling
  • Articulate e-Commerce business metrics to budget and yearly overviews (financials, operational metrics, catalog opportunities and status, key category specific promotional and launch event impact, etc), driving recommendations to achieve business goals
  • Identify and track key operational KPIs to optimize processes, and drive efficiencies leveraging systems/technology to reduce labor needs and drive increased scalability
  • Effectively partner cross-functionally across technology, operations, supply chain, legal, accounting, finance, and retail in support of growing partners
