About The Position

Bluebeam is seeking a Partner Account Manager to recruit and maintain relationships with integration partners, supporting the company's vision of a thriving ecosystem of integrations for the construction industry. This role is crucial for driving new Bluebeam subscriptions and retaining existing customers by ensuring integration partners effectively achieve these business outcomes. The Partner Account Manager will develop strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner organizations, qualify partners based on strategic goals, establish communication cadences, and collaborate on strategic plans and targets. They will also manage partner incentive programs and facilitate connections with other Bluebeam stakeholders as needed.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of sales (inside or outside sales) and/or partnership account management experience.
  • Associate’s degree.
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills.
  • Proven sales/partner management skills.
  • Understanding of partner ecosystems in a SaaS/integration partnership environment.
  • Excellent negotiating and influencing skills.
  • Ability to analyze and identify key performance indicators (KPIs) with an emphasis on tracking progress against these KPIs.
  • Strong presentation and follow-up skills.
  • Business acumen and strategic thinking.

  • Experience in AEC industry.
  • Experience with Bluebeam products.

Responsibilities

  • Recruiting, building, managing, and maintaining relationships with integration partners.
  • Developing strong, trusting relationships with key decision-makers at partner organizations.
  • Qualifying integration partners to ensure they align with Bluebeam’s strategic goals for the Integration Partnerships program.
  • Setting a cadence with integration partners and defining which partners require more strategic support.
  • Partnering with the Director of Partnerships and Technical Partnerships Manager to onboard new integration partners.
  • Collaborating with integration partners to create strategic plans, set partnership targets, and identify joint marketing/pre-sales opportunities.
  • Managing partner incentive programs to motivate partners to achieve desired business outcomes.
  • Assisting integration partners in connecting with additional Bluebeam stakeholders (customer support, customer success, product management, engineering, marketing, etc.).
