We’re looking for a highly motivated and proactive Partner Account Manager, Americas, to help scale SafetyCulture’s partner ecosystem across the region. This is a foundational, high-visibility role where you’ll take ownership of partner relationships end-to-end from recruitment and enablement to co-selling, activation, and long-term growth. You’ll play a critical role in building and shaping our Americas partner strategy in a fast-moving environment where systems, processes, and frameworks are still evolving. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building from the ground up, and is excited by the opportunity to make a direct commercial impact. Reporting to the Sr. Director of GTM (Americas), you’ll work closely with the Director of Partnerships and cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success to build scalable partner motions that drive customer growth and adoption.
