As a Part Time Teller within PNC's Retail Bank organization, you will be based in Fairfax, Virginia. PNC is an in-office company that fosters a collaborative and supportive culture where employees can thrive. This role involves delivering a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet. You will process a variety of customer interactions, educate customers on alternatives for their financial interactions, and identify banking opportunities, making appropriate referrals to branch staff. The position also includes performing lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products, educating customers on leveraging technology for financial transactions, and applying product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems. You are expected to adhere to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment, and ensure daily teller and branch operations are completed efficiently and accurately. PNC employees are expected to be Customer Focused, understanding customer needs and satisfaction, and adept at Managing Risk, ensuring adherence to PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Responsibilities

  • Delivers a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
