About The Position

Montgomery Ridge Intermediate School is seeking a Part-Time Teaching Assistant for 7th grade. This role involves working with students to ensure they can access their education in the least restrictive environment. The assistant will provide behavioral and educational support to young children with special needs, demonstrating flexibility, confidentiality, and professionalism. Clerical duties may also be required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (2 years college preferred)
• Meets highly qualified requirements for classified staff
• Ability to perform physical duties associated with this position (e.g., lifting up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, sitting for long periods of time, walking, sitting, standing for extended periods of time, etc.).
