About The Position

We are seeking a Part-time Teacher for our location in Southwest Austin (Oak Hill Area). This role requires a genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to fostering creativity, exploration, and independent decision-making. The ideal candidate will be energetic, positive, responsible, flexible, punctual, respectful, and professional, with demonstrated experience in maintaining an organized and clean classroom environment. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a well-organized, clean, engaging, and interactive learning environment, and will have the motivation to lead and manage a team with compassion and enthusiasm.

• Motivation to lead and manage a team with compassion and enthusiasm.
• A clean Criminal Background Check.
• A strong dedication to Early Childhood Education.
• A natural affinity for outdoor activities and a readiness to embrace the messy, joyful aspects of working with children.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Convenient access to commute to South Central Austin or Dripping Springs.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in licensed childcare settings is highly preferred.
• Experience with STEAM, Waldorf, Reggio, or Montessori educational approaches is a significant advantage.
• Interests in gardening, nature, dancing, and yoga are also valued.
