This position trains new hires and management employees on hub processes, procedures, and responsibilities in a classroom setting and in the operation. Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook)
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with Training and Operations on daily tasks.
• Ensures new hires and management employees receive the correct training and follows up as needed.
• Follows established methods and guidelines to ensure employees stay current in assigned role.
• Assists with new hire packets and communicates training needs to ensure success.
