About The Position

Marsden South, a Marsden Holding Company, is a facility services provider with an unmatched reputation for operational excellence. We clean, service, and maintain large and small businesses across the United States. This role is for a Floater General Cleaner in the Tampa region, working Monday-Friday from 5pm to 10pm as needed. The wage is $16 per hour. The primary duties involve cleaning restrooms and replenishing supplies, sweeping/mopping/vacuuming floors, removing and disposing of trash, and performing high and low dusting.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 30lbs
• Must have a valid Driver's License and good driving record
• Able to follow schedule provided
• Must be able to undergo a background check
• Must be able to be on your feet for your entire shift
• 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to drive between locations
