About The Position

The Part Time Supervisor collaborates directly with the Area Manager to support day-to-day operations and ensure contract requirements are met. The supervisor works alongside the night crew, staying late as needed to provide supervision, guidance, and support. The role also assists with weekend projects, including staffing, coordination, and onsite oversight, and helps manage schedules, staffing adjustments, and daily operational needs.

Requirements

Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively with night-shift and weekend teams.
Ability to conduct inspections, identify issues, and support corrective actions.
Basic understanding of payroll processes, labor hours, and operational reporting.
Comfort working late evenings and weekends as required by project schedules.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in janitorial, facilities, or operations support.

Responsibilities

Train new and existing employees on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, equipment use, and quality standards.
Coach and support employees to promote consistent performance and adherence to company policies.
Perform safety audits, identify deficiencies, and support corrective action plans.
Conduct routine quality inspections across assigned areas.
Ensure compliance with company safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Assist with weekly payroll processing by verifying hours, reviewing timesheets, and ensuring accuracy.
Support operational and client documentation, reporting, and communication.
Help track work orders, project hours, and labor allocation.
Communicate site needs, staffing issues, and operational updates to the Project Manager.
Support client requests by gathering information, coordinating responses, and ensuring timely follow-through.
Assist with weekend project staffing, coordination, and onsite oversight.
Help manage schedules, staffing adjustments, and daily operational needs.
