Requirements
- Must be registered as a full-time student at a local accredited university
- Graduation date of December 2028 or later
- Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above
- Available to work 16-20 hours/week during the academic year
- Available to work 35-40 hours/week during the summer semester
- Must be able to commute to the work location on scheduled workdays
- Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
Nice To Haves
- Ideally you will be pursuing a STEM-related degree; others may apply
- Knowledge of computer programming languages such as SQL and Python and reporting tools such as PowerBI to analytically interpret data
- Skill in using computer aided design and/or engineering tools such as AutoCAD or Minitab
- Ability to build applications including low-code no-code with tools like Ignition or PowerApps
- Experience using engineering tools, systems, and databases
- Self-starter with high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Organizational and project management skills
Responsibilities
- Provide engineering support to various warehouse departments and operations
- Support Continuous Improvement (CI) opportunities and projects to drive improvements in key business metrics
- Analyze data and create reports or visualizations to support operations
- Develop apps and tools to aid real-time decisions and shop-floor efficiency
- Leverage AI and flows to minimize repetitive data entry and calculations
