About The Position
At Brightmont Academy, we help students in grades 1–12 achieve their full potential through personalized one-to-one instruction. We have 25 campuses across 10 states and create a nurturing, student-centered environment where meaningful learning happens every day. Our 1:1 teaching model allows instructors to teach students one-on-one, tailoring lessons to their unique needs and learning styles. Instructors guide students to mastery with a gradual release approach that builds confidence and academic success. There is no need for lesson planning, parent conferences, or endless grading, allowing instructors to focus on inspiring their students. We also offer professional development opportunities.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish or Language education.
- Patience & Empathy: Understand that every student learns differently, and be committed to supporting them every step of the way.
- A Heart for Teaching: A genuine passion to share your subject with the next generation.
- Proficiency using G-Suite and Learning Management Software (LMS).
- Ability to provide fingerprints (AZ, WA, only) and pass a federal background check.
Nice To Haves
- A teaching certification.
- Experience teaching Spanish.
- Advanced degree in a specific subject area of expertise.
- Previous one-to-one teaching experience.
