About The Position

This part-time Retail Sales Consultant role at AT&T offers the opportunity to optimize earning potential by working during the store's busiest times, including evenings and weekends. The position focuses on creating meaningful connections with customers through personalized sales expertise and meeting sales targets by leveraging AT&T's full suite of products, devices, and services. Consultants will employ a consultative sales approach on the sales floor, guide customers through their options, participate in community events, fulfill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The work schedule is between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available two weeks in advance. It is a fast-paced environment requiring flexibility to adapt to evolving technology and customer needs. While prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, AT&T provides tools, training, and coaching for those without sales experience to help them succeed. The role offers competitive hourly pay plus commission opportunities, with an average total compensation of $30,725 per year for those working 20-24 hours per week.
