This part-time role allows individuals to optimize their earning potential by working during the store’s busiest times, including evening and weekend hours. The primary goal is to create meaningful connections with every customer through personalized sales expertise, meeting sales targets, and earning commission by leveraging AT&T’s full suite of products, including the latest devices and personalized services. Consultants will use a consultative sales approach on the sales floor, guiding customers through their options. They will also engage with the community through events, fulfill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The position requires working a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available two weeks in advance. It is a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility and openness to change to stay current with evolving technology and customer needs. No prior sales experience is required, as AT&T provides the necessary tools, training, and coaching.
