This part-time role allows individuals to optimize their earning potential by working during the store’s busiest times, including evening and weekend hours. The position focuses on creating meaningful connections with customers through personalized sales expertise, meeting sales targets, and earning commission by utilizing AT&T’s full suite of products and services, including the latest devices. Consultants will employ a consultative sales approach on the sales floor, guiding customers through their options. They will also engage with the community through events, fulfill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The role requires flexibility and openness to change to stay current with evolving technology and customer needs in a fast-paced environment. Training and coaching are provided for those without prior sales experience to help them achieve their goals. The role is based in Omaha, Nebraska.
