Part Time Retail Sales Consultant
About The Position
The Part Time Retail Sales Consultant role at AT&T in West Hollywood, CA, focuses on customer experience and sales. Consultants are expected to possess a competitive spirit to meet and exceed sales goals, stay current with the latest data and entertainment technology and devices (like Wi-Fi, data devices, and TV entertainment tools), and understand customer needs to effectively demonstrate how AT&T products can meet those needs. The position requires multi-tasking in a fast-paced team environment, educating and engaging customers through product demonstrations, and providing prompt and courteous customer service. Responsibilities
- Possess a competitive spirit and desire to meet and exceed sales goals
- Stay up-to-date on the latest data/entertainment technology and devices, such as Wi-Fi, data devices, TV entertainment tools
- Understand customers' needs and help them discover how our products meet those needs
- Multi-task in a fast paced team environment
- Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations
- Interact with customers and provide prompt and courteous customer service to all customers
