About The Position
Red Bull New York (RBNY) is seeking a Part-Time Partnership Activation Matchday Staff member to work directly with the Partnerships team. This role involves executing matchday activations for various partners, which may include assisting with on-site brand ambassadors, fan experiences, and fan incentive programs. The specific activations will vary per match. The staff member will act as an ambassador for both Red Bull New York and the partner brand, ensuring a welcoming environment for participants of all ages.
Requirements
- Provide a high level of customer service and able to act accordingly on resolve
- Quick adapter to sudden changes
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs and are comfortable standing for long periods of time (mostly outdoors)
- Available on nights and weekends
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist with execution of fan experience programs
- Act as brand ambassador for various partner activations
- Be a liaison for any partner related tasks during pre-match, halftime and/or post-match
