About The Position

Lancaster Veterinary Specialties (LVS), located in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, is a thriving multi-specialty referral hospital founded in 2018. Since our opening, we have been committed to delivering advanced specialty care with a personal, compassionate touch. Our highly trained team of board-certified doctors provide a comprehensive range of specialty services, including cardiology, ophthalmology, internal medicine, oncology, radiology, and surgery. We partner closely with referring veterinarians throughout the region and beyond, striving to create a seamless, world-class referral experience for both clients and their pets. At LVS, we combine cutting-edge medicine with a collaborative, supportive culture. We welcome both experienced veterinary professionals and those eager to grow into specialty medicine — especially individuals who value teamwork, professionalism, and high-quality patient care. This role is ideal for someone who already works in veterinary medicine and wants one predictable overnight shift per week without the chaos of emergency medicine. This is not an ER-style overnight shift — our overnight team typically cares for just 1–4 stable post-operative patients. At LVS, our overnight team focuses on attentive, compassionate care for surgical patients in a supportive, drama-free hospital culture. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys focused patient care and quiet overnight work while earning reliable additional income.
