About The Position

This is a part-time position, ideal for those seeking supplemental income or a second job, requiring 5 to 15 hours per week. The role involves enforcing parking regulations on parking lots. The schedule includes 2nd shift, evenings, and weekends, with hours being random. A valid driver's license and personal transportation are mandatory, as you will use your own car for work and receive monthly reimbursement for mileage. Proof of current car registration and insurance is required.

Requirements

At least 18 years of age.
Valid Driver's License.
Reliable transportation, must drive at work.
Willingness to work 2nd shift, evenings, and weekends.
Pass a pre-employment criminal background check.
Pass a motor vehicle records check.
Pass a drug test.

Responsibilities

Patrol parking areas to enforce parking rules and regulations.
Write violations, wheel lock cars and call tow company.
Assist customers with making payments via a mobile application.
Drive personal vehicle for work duties.
Work outdoors in various seasons and weather conditions.
Work independently with minimal supervision.
Perform minor repairs on equipment such as damaged parking gates.
Attend bi-weekly remote meetings.
Pick up trash in parking locations.
Provide excellent customer service, including giving directions and assisting customers with equipment usage.
