Part-Time Operations
About The Position
A parking company is seeking part-time operations specialists to enforce parking rules on their lots. This position is ideal for those seeking supplemental income or a second job, requiring 5 to 15 hours per week. The role involves patrolling parking areas, enforcing regulations, assisting customers with payments via a mobile application, and performing minor repairs. The position requires working outdoors in various weather conditions and independently with minimal supervision. Training will be provided for tasks such as minor repairs to parking gates. Remote meetings will be held bi-weekly. Responsibilities also include litter cleanup and providing excellent customer service by assisting with directions and equipment usage.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Reliable transportation, must drive at work.
- Must be willing to work 2nd shift, evenings and weekends.
- Pass a pre-employment criminal background check.
- Pass a motor vehicle records check.
- Pass a drug test.

Responsibilities
- Patrol parking areas to enforce parking rules and regulations.
- Write violations, wheel lock cars and call tow company.
- Assist customers by helping them make payment via a mobile application.
- Drive own vehicle at work and be reimbursed for gas mileage.
- Work outdoors in different seasons and weather.
- Work with a supervisor and independently with no supervisor.
- Attend bi-weekly remote meetings.
- Pick up trash in parking locations.
- Provide great customer service by giving directions, teaching and showing customers how to use equipment.
- Perform small repairs such as damaged parking gates.
