About The Position
Take 5 Oil Change is seeking friendly and energetic Part-Time Oil Change Team Members. With over 35 years in business, Take 5 prides itself on its friendly technicians, oil change expertise, and efficient service that allows customers to remain in their vehicles. The company offers a 'Pit Tech to President' growth path, with over 90% of field leaders promoted internally. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive paid training is provided to teach new team members how to perform oil changes, replace wiper blades and air filters, fill tires, and conduct other light maintenance services. Successful candidates are expected to be willing to learn, work hard, and maintain a positive attitude. The role offers competitive base pay, weekly bonuses, and opportunities for rapid advancement within the company.
Requirements
- Must be able to lift to fifty (50) pounds
- Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3’ deep pit to position yourself safely under cars
- Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning
- Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop
- Be willing to learn

- Bring a positive attitude to the shop
Responsibilities
- Drain motor oil, change oil filter
- Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure
- Inspect and top off fluids
- Perform coolant exchanges
- Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor
- Maintain cleanliness of work environment
- Provide excellent customer service
