Part-Time Occupational Therapist
About The Position
Currey Ingram Academy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join their Center for OutReach Education (CORE), starting in August 2026. This part-time position involves supporting students with learning differences in grades K–8 by providing individualized, one-on-one occupational therapy services. The Occupational Therapist will utilize assessment data to create, implement, and monitor personalized intervention plans tailored to each student's unique strengths and needs. The role also requires close collaboration and consistent communication with families regarding student progress and development.
Requirements
- Certified occupational therapist
- Minimum of a Master's degree in occupational therapy
- Available during school hours at least three days per week
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized, one-on-one occupational therapy for students in grades K–8
- Administer formal and informal assessments to identify learning needs
- Analyze assessment data to develop and execute customized intervention plans
- Monitor student progress and adjust instruction as needed
- Maintain regular, clear communication with families regarding student progress
- Collaborate with CORE staff to support student success
