About The Position
A family in Fremont, CA (94538) is seeking an experienced, reliable, and engaging part-time nanny for their 20-month-old son. This position starts as soon as possible for consistent, long-term in-home care. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 4-5 hours per day (start time around 8:00 AM or 9:00 AM into the early afternoon), totaling 20-25 hours per week. The family lives in a smoke-free home with no pets, and care is to be provided exclusively in-home, meaning no driving or transportation will be needed.
Requirements
- Prior experience caring for toddlers
- Fluent in English (speaking and reading)
- Up-to-date vaccinations
- Non-smoker
- Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States

- CPR and First Aid certified (flexible)
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, safe, and nurturing care for an active toddler
- Lead developmental and engaging activities such as reading, singing, and organizing backyard sensory play
- Handle toddler meal preparation and feeding
- Assist with daily nap time routines
Benefits
