About The Position
A family in Palmerton, PA 18071 is seeking a reliable, attentive caregiver for their infant daughter, starting in early September as Mom wraps up parental leave. The family is looking for a long-term match who will provide a safe, engaging, and loving environment for their daughter's growth and development.
Requirements
- At least 1+ year of professional childcare experience, with specific experience caring for infants
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications
- Must have reliable transportation for emergency situations
- Must be comfortable working with pets (1 corgi in home)
- Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive care for an infants with special needs, including NG tube feeding, bottle feeding, diapering, nap routines, and bathing
- Support developmental activities appropriate for the baby's age and needs
- Light housekeeping related to baby care (laundry, bottles/dishes, tidying play areas)
- Maintain a safe and nurturing environment
