About The Position
This is a part-time nanny position in Wexford, PA, for a warm family with one 7-year-old daughter. The role focuses on the after-school shift, involving school pick-up, providing snacks, and engaging in afternoon activities such as park visits, creative play, or quiet time. The family seeks a nanny who can provide a calm, steady presence, utilize routines and gentle redirection, and make afternoons enjoyable. The core hours are Monday-Friday, 3-6 pm, with flexibility to extend hours for household tasks or dinner assistance, potentially totaling 15-20 hours per week. Additional hours may be available during school breaks and for occasional date nights. Household responsibilities may include family laundry, vacuuming, light dinner prep, and cat care. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, comfortable taking the lead, enjoys outdoor activities, and genuinely likes spending time with school-aged children.
Requirements
- Up-to-date vaccinations, including annual flu and COVID
- Driver's license
- Vehicle
- Clean driving record
- Previous nanny experience for a minimum of 2 years

- Ability to begin as early as 2 pm or stay until 7 pm for additional hours

Responsibilities
