Requirements

Driver's license
Vehicle

Previous nanny experience for a minimum of 2 years

Nice To Haves

Experience with autism is appreciated but not required.
Willingness to learn, ask questions, and work alongside a therapy team.

Responsibilities

Celebrate milestones, new words, and everyday victories.
Engage in floor play, building train tracks, and backyard activities with toddlers.
Support children's development, including communication tools like picture cards, especially for twins with autism and speech delays.
Collaborate with ABA therapists and learn from their expertise.
Provide patient and nurturing care, understanding different developmental paces.
Assist with children's laundry, light meal prep, vacuuming, sweeping, and tidying.
Occasionally let out the family's dog.
Maintain a positive and encouraging environment.
Work alongside parents who are working from home.
Participate in outings and activities with at least two adults present.
