About The Position

A lovely family near Ketring Park in Littleton, CO is seeking a part-time nanny for their sweet and active 2-year-old. This is a long-term position with care needed two days per week between Monday and Thursday, from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM, plus every Friday from 9 AM to 1 PM. The family may occasionally need care up to five days per week, but this would be rare and come with notice. They are flexible regarding which two weekdays work best for the nanny. The child enjoys playing golf, visiting the local park, and riding his bike. Both parents work from home. A friendly golden retriever is also in the home, but no pet care is required. The family is looking for a reliable and flexible caregiver with experience caring for toddlers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of paid professional toddler care experience
• CPR certified, or willing to become certified
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Able to provide 2 childcare-related references from a professional setting
• Able to successfully clear a background and social media screening
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Comfortable with friendly dogs

Responsibilities

• Diaper changes and potty training assistance
• Preparing snacks for child
• Light child-related housekeeping and laundry during downtime
