Part-Time Nanny – Austin, TX
About The Position
A welcoming family in Austin, TX (78726) is seeking a passionate, reliable, and deeply engaged part-time nanny to care for their 8-month-old baby boy on a long-term basis. This position starts as soon as possible and focuses on maintaining a structured daily routine, supporting developmental milestones, and providing attentive in-home care. This family has a vaccination policy in place, which will be discussed directly with the candidate. The schedule is Tuesdays and Fridays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, totaling 16 hours per week. The family requires a smoke-free and pet-free home, with care provided exclusively in-home. A strict "no-screen" policy during care hours is in effect. Candidates of all cultural backgrounds are welcome, and English or Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- Proven professional infant care experience with a strong understanding of early developmental milestones
- Active CPR certification
- Proactive, encouraging, and enthusiastic about early childhood development
- Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a consistent daily routine for nap times, feedings, and play schedules
- Lead age-appropriate developmental activities and outdoor walks focused on infant milestones
- Clean, sterilize, and prepare bottles and milk accessories

- Manage child-related laundry
