About The Position
A family in Bridgewater, NJ 08807 is seeking an experienced and compassionate Nanny for their 2-year-old child. The schedule is Mondays and Thursdays from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM or 5:30 PM, with a flexible end time, totaling approximately 15 to 16 hours per week. The family lives in a smoke-free, pet-friendly home with one small dog. The parent works from home.
Requirements
- Previous nanny or childcare experience, specifically with toddlers
- Must be able to reliably commute
- Must be able to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States
Nice To Haves
- First Aid/CPR certification is a plus
Responsibilities
- Providing personal care, including dressing, bathing support, diaper changing, and potty training assistance
- Planning meals, preparing food, and feeding the child
- Leading age-appropriate educational activities, playtime, and arts & crafts
- Handling light housekeeping related to childcare, including children's laundry and tidying up after meals and activities
