Requirements
- Experience in memory care or related field.
- Ability to facilitate group and individual activities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to providing a home-like and comfortable environment.
- Willingness to work weekends.

- Coordinate memory care programs, focusing on weekend activities.
- Facilitate engaging events and gatherings for residents to foster connections.
- Provide gracious hospitality and neighborliness to residents and their families.
- Contribute to a home-like feel and overall comfort for residents and visiting family members.
- Support residents in finding connections in group and one-on-one settings.
