About The Position
ABOUT FOX SUBACUTE Since 1985, Fox Subacute has specialized in pulmonary, neurological, and rehabilitative care for patients with degenerative neurological and neuromuscular conditions. We are recognized for providing high-quality care to tracheostomy and ventilator-dependent residents in both short-term and long-term rehabilitation settings. We are seeking a dependable Part-Time Maintenance Worker to join our team! This position is ideal for retirees, students, or anyone looking for a flexible part-time schedule. SCHEDULE 20–30 hours per week Monday through Friday Flexible work schedule
Requirements
- Must be a skilled worker
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Ability to perform light to moderate physical work
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Nice To Haves
- Nursing home experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and minor repairs
- Complete routine maintenance tasks
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Assist with other maintenance duties as assigned
