Part Time Maintenance Technician- Hickory Forest Apartments
About The Position
Hickory Forest Apartments is a 90 unit affordable multi-family property in Nashville, TN. As a Part Time Maintenance Technician, you’ll work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor or Community Manager to help keep the apartment community safe, clean, and welcoming. The Part Time Maintenance Technician is responsible for working up to 24 hours per week. You’ll support day-to-day maintenance by completing work orders, assisting with apartment turns, maintaining curb appeal, and helping with special projects as needed. You’ll share in an on-call rotation with the maintenance team and use a variety of skills—including HVAC, painting, plumbing, appliance repair, electrical, carpentry, and custodial work—while making a positive impact on the community and residents you serve.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License is required
- Ability to train, coach, and guide other maintenance personnel
- Shared on-call with other maintenance staff is required
Nice To Haves
- Previous apartment maintenance experience is preferred
