Part-Time Lecturer in Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese - Department of World Languages and Cultures
About The Position
The College of Social Sciences and Humanities and its nine tenure units are the home of the Experiential Liberal Arts. Through its research, teaching, and engagement missions, the college collaborates across the university, the Northeastern network, and partners around the globe. The Department of World Languages and Cultures regularly seeks instructors to teach elementary, intermediate, and advanced courses in Spanish and in Brazilian Portuguese, as well as culture-focused classes taught in English. Appointments are on a per-term basis. Positions are available throughout the year contingent upon enrollment and departmental need.
Requirements
- Master’s degree required
- Previous teaching experience required
- Must be able to maintain valid work authorization in the United States throughout the entire appointment without Northeastern University’s sponsorship for a visa.
