About The Position

The College of Professional Studies at Northeastern University is seeking a part-time faculty lecturer for its online Doctor of Professional Studies program. This is a non-tenure track position. Northeastern University is a private research university with ten colleges, offering a wide range of programs online and on campus. The College of Professional Studies focuses on lifelong experiential learning. The university does not provide employment visa sponsorship for this position, and the successful applicant must maintain valid work authorization in the United States without sponsorship.

Requirements

Terminal degree
Experience teaching online courses
10+ years of industry experience in leadership, project management, artificial intelligence, and/or regulatory affairs
US work authorization required
Ability to build pedagogy and curriculum that fosters belonging

Nice To Haves

A history of successful teaching at the doctoral level is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Work with global student populations.
Teach doctoral courses within the Doctor of Professional Studies program, including but not limited to: Introduction to Research and Research Design, Thought Leadership & Innovation, Leading Change & Policy, Data Analysis for Professionals: Visualization, Interpretation, and/or other courses included in the curriculum.
