This role is focused on answering inbound calls, building rapport quickly, and qualifying opportunities to ensure a smooth handoff to the sales team. This is a front-line, customer-facing role ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, highly organized, and interested in real estate but may be early in their career or seeking part-time hours. Hours: Approximately 20–25 hours per week Schedule includes weekends and evenings
